What is the warranty?

Ozlo Sleepbuds come with a 1-year warranty. In the EU and UK, that is extended to two years. See Details

Do they have noise cancelling?

Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Can I stream anything?

Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do they have an alarm?

Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Is there a phone-free mode?

While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.

What is the wireless range?

Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices. 

Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?

Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 17 or later.

No.

Can they take phone calls?

While there is a microphone in the charging case (to assess the noise level in your sleeping environment), there is no microphone in Sleepbuds® to support phone calls.

    Genuinely the best money I ever spent in my life

    I was an early adopter of the Bose Sleepbuds and was gutted when they discontinued them. Little did I know that Ozlo would produce an even better product! Ozlo has single handedly saved my sleep and my relationship. My partner is a loud snorer but with Ozlo I don't hear a sound. The buds are super comfortable and take no time to get used to (with Bose I always had a period of "breaking them in). The noise masking sounds are incredibly soothing and I love that I can play my own sleepcasts or music if I want to. 10/10 best investment ever!

    Amazing sleep supporting bluetooth headphones. They absoutely block out any skeep distracting noise, are super comfortable and the app has a great selection of sounds. I especially like the mode that detects when i fall asleep

    Great but stopped working

    I love these Sleepbuds and all the improvements from the Bose ones. I’ve used them for just over a year and one of the sleepbud’s volume doesn’t work now. I had this issue with the Bose ones too and hoped it would Be fixed . Super disappointing that the warranty is up. These have improved my sleep so much but that price is hard to justify for something you have to replace every year to year and a half.

    Great customer service

    I have had the Ozlos for about a year, but then the left ear bud stopped staying connected to the case and therefore wouldn’t charge/barely charge. I contacted customer service and they had me try all the tricks which still did not work, so they sent me a brand new set. I gave 5 stars bc I had no problem with them up until now and because the company was so nice to work with and sent me a new pair. I tried the Bose ones for a while, actually bought two pairs and had so many problems with them yet could never get a replacement, and now they are discontinued. I think my situation was a fluke and I truly appreciate them honoring me as a customer!

    Good but not great

    The best thing about Ozlo Sleepbuds is comfort. They don’t protrude outside the ear so they can be worn while sleeping. They do play sleeping noises, but they absolutely need to incorporate noise canceling to be truly helpful on a plane. I don’t need help falling asleep at home.
