Do they have noise cancelling? Minus Plus

Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Can I stream anything? Minus Plus

Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do they have an alarm? Minus Plus

Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Is there a phone-free mode? Minus Plus

While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.

What is the wireless range? Minus Plus

Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices.

Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 17 or later.

    Best purchase of my life

    I had the bose ones and they had nothing but issues and eventually died. Ive had these Ozlo for years now, hardly an issue. Whenever there was, it was just a restart or update needed. Cant sleep without them, best product ever. The sound options have only gotten better over the years too, I especially like the masking ones, which truly do block out a lot, for a light sleeper like me.

    Noise cancellation

    Although I do enjoy the buds and it allows me to hear the white noise that helps me sleep, the noise cancellation could be better. I can still hear quite a bit

    No product support

    When they work, they are great, but unfortunately, when they don’t (which is often,) you will get frustrated. Unfortunately, you will either figure it out on your own, or if you can’t, or if it is a software problem, you are stuck because there is limited support, and it is not very helpful. I have given up and basically feel like I wasted 300 dollars and countless hours trying to fix them.

    Absolutely the best - worth every penny

    I was devastated when Bose stopped making sleepbuds, as mine were no longer working reliably, then I was very hopeful when I saw Ozlo on on Indiegogo and backed them. One of mine had an issue during its first year, but after some troubleshooting Ozlo replaced it and the new pair has worked perfectly. Great product, great company, great service - I’m a customer for life.

    Game changer

    Always needed help to get to (and stay) asleep. Had the Phillips Kokoon for a while, but they fell apart after 12 months and weren't overly comfortable. However, these are a game changer.

    These earbuds saved my sleep

    Not only am I a light and anxious sleeper, I have a very loud oriental shorthair cat who has not helped with my already fragile sleep. After trying many different earbuds (foam, silicone, loop and other gimmicks) I was nearly all out of options. I was at first hesitant to purchase ozlos due to the price, but became desperate due to my deteriorating sleep and sleep med dependency. Enter ozlos - they have completely changed the way I sleep, I am often able to sleep through the night with a couple of short wakeups and have successfully blocked out my cat who often meows at my door. They also do not come out of my ears all night. I have now become much more confident with my sleep subsequently stopping all sleep medication. My only suggestion is it would be awesome if there was noise cancelling, especially with the price point. Nonetheless, ozlos would have to be nearly the best on the market and they have saved my sleep.

    I had high hopes for these.

    First lemme say, comfort and noise cancellation for these has been great. They are comfortable in my ears and I cannot hear my husband snoring when I have them in, but that is about the only positive thing I have to say.

    After about a month of having them, I would’ve said 3 stars, because the connectivity is wonky. Like you have to open the case and let the buds connect before you take them out of the case and put them on? Connecting takes longer than most other devices and then when streaming content it may or may not start playing on the Ozlo sleep buds. Often I have to kill the app and restart it. My AirPods would never. I’ve had to reset them 3 times now due to connectivity issues and it’s not a button to reset, I have to go find a small object when I’m just trying to go to sleep and reset them with that. Those nights I just throw in my AirPods and that’s what I imagine will keep happening.

    Charging- I don’t know why these feel like they die every other day. Also if the case has one night left in the morning when you put them in and you’re like oh goodie, they will be charged tonight, wrong. Dead wrong. No charge. Another AirPod night.

    Speaking of AirPods, I can get a decent charge in like 15 min, these? Haha no, they are at 6% barely. Also if the bud is not connected just right in the case, won’t charge.

    Oh and if you have an issue and need to put it in pairing mode, the website just says tap the center of case- okay for anyone else wondering it’s between the…
